Leadership
Most leaders in professional services get the title without the development to go with it. They're promoted because they're excellent at their technical work, or because they bring in clients, or because it was simply their turn. The actual job of leading, knowing how to bring people with them, how to hold a room, how to be direct without losing trust, how to lead under pressure without losing themselves, that part rarely gets the attention it deserves.
That's what I focus on.
I help leaders build leadership deliberately. Not by handing them a model to follow, but by helping them get real clarity about who they are and what they stand for, and building from there. Leadership that's genuinely theirs tends to stick. Leadership borrowed from someone else tends to crack under pressure.
How we work together
-
For partners, senior associates and emerging leaders who want to develop a way of leading that's authentically theirs. We work on the real stuff: presence, confidence, how to be direct without losing people, how to lead under pressure, how to bring others with them. Practical and accountable, not just reflective.
-
Designed around your firm's specific culture and challenges. I build programmes from scratch rather than adapting generic models, because what works in one firm rarely translates directly to another. Formats range from half-day intensives to multi-month programmes.text goes here
-
For firms navigating change, building leadership pipelines or trying to shift culture. I work with leadership teams and heads of talent to design interventions that actually land. That means being honest about what will and won't work for your people, and building something they'll own rather than tolerate.
-
Programmes built around real challenges: credibility, visibility, confidence and navigating systems that weren't designed with you in mind. Honest conversations, practical tools and a room where people feel safe to be themselves.Item description
