Leadership

Most leaders in professional services get the title without the development to go with it. They're promoted because they're excellent at their technical work, or because they bring in clients, or because it was simply their turn. The actual job of leading, knowing how to bring people with them, how to hold a room, how to be direct without losing trust, how to lead under pressure without losing themselves, that part rarely gets the attention it deserves.

That's what I focus on.

I help leaders build leadership deliberately. Not by handing them a model to follow, but by helping them get real clarity about who they are and what they stand for, and building from there. Leadership that's genuinely theirs tends to stick. Leadership borrowed from someone else tends to crack under pressure.
